WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Often we receive a message that the customer has not received a confirmation email.

Please first check the list below to make sure you have not received an email.

WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE?

Orders placed before 12 noon are most likely to arrive within 24 hours, otherwise they may be delayed due to a courier error.


In the case of excessively long delivery times (4-5 days) please contact us, we have been notified of lost parcels so it is important that we check.

INCOMPLETE SHIPMENT

In the case of a missing parcel, the courier service that made the mistake will attach a report to the parcel, please send it by e-mail as soon as possible and we will contact you.

MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT FAILED

It is very common for a payment to fail, in which case you have made a mistake or not followed the process through. In the majority of cases, you will be accepted for payment in smartbank.Please also check that the details you have used are correct and that the card is loadable.

Yes, you will be notified by the courier company on the day of delivery by SMS , email.
